At Rangitikei Floorings, your rights as a customer are fully protected under New Zealand\u2019s Fair Trading Act and the Consumer Guarantees Act. In addition to these statutory protections, all flooring products we supply are also covered by the manufacturer\u2019s product warranty.<\/p>\n

We proudly stand behind the quality of our workmanship. That\u2019s why all flooring installations completed by our specialist staff or trusted contractors come with a two-year workmanship guarantee, starting from the date of installation.<\/p>\n

This guarantee covers installation under normal wear and tear conditions and applies exclusively to the installation workmanship \u2014 not the performance or quality of the flooring product itself, which is covered separately by the manufacturer\u2019s warranty.upon completion of the installation, and if requested, we can arrange for a final inspection by one of our senior, experienced team members. Once the work meets our high standards, a Certificate of Completion will be issued. This certificate, stamped with the Rangitikei Floorings commercial seal, provides you with documented assurance of a job well done.<\/p>\n

If you are not fully satisfied with the installation, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act apply. It is our responsibility as the supplier to address your concerns and, where necessary, liaise directly with the product manufacturer to resolve any issues.<\/p>\n
